If you’ve ever worked in a gaming studio (or any hierarchical organization for that matter), you’ll probably find this a really interesting read. I know I did.

Whenever I have a spare moment I like to try and doodle in zbrush. I think back to when I was modelling, pulling points, using clusters, etc, and I am just blown away by far the technology has come in 10 years. Mainly these are just a way for me to learn the tools and get faster at the program. Even with my noob-knowledge I find using the dyamesh system very fast and intuitive. These are some examples of sketches done over lunches. Nothing fancy, just having fun. However, I am starting to see the possibilities in doing quick 3D concepts to test out 2D ideas.
